We sell in person, so you have usually seen the product before you buy it. If it still isn’t right, the terms below apply and we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
Cancel any time. Your pages keep working to the end of the month you have paid for. We don’t pro-rata part months, but if you cancel within 48 hours of a renewal you didn’t intend, email us and we’ll refund it.
Full refund within 30 days of purchase. After that we refund the unused whole months if you cancel.
Physical plaques are made per venue, so they’re non-refundable once produced — unless they arrive faulty or damaged, in which case we replace them.
None of the above limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what we said it would, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement regardless of the timeframes here.
